Delivery Method: Via email only (digital license & activation instructions).
Processing Time: Within 3 working days from the date of purchase.

2. Hardware Products
Delivery Method: Courier delivery.
Processing Time: Depends on stock availability and courier service.
Tracking Information:
Our sales team will send your tracking ID to your registered email once the order has been shipped.
Delivery timelines depend on the courier company and your location.
3. Trials & Free Licenses
Due to a high volume of requests, processing time for trial and free license requests is not displayed.
Our team processes these on a first-come, first-served basis.
You will receive an email once your trial or free license is ready.
